Sculpt your body

The perfect body is both functional and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Making sure that my clients have well balanced physiques is my main goal. A healthy body requires good overall strength, balancing abilities, high cardiovascular fitness levels and a reasonable amount of flexibility. These are the qualities of an athlete. A well proportioned physique is another crucial result of my training. Special attention is paid to the development of quality muscle whilst keeping all body parts in unmitigated harmonious symmetry.
Individual: Enjoy one-on-one sessions with your personal trainer where the workouts are customised to suit your body’s needs and abilities.
Group: : Group classes every evening 6-7pm Mon - Friday (booking in advance)
