mind, tone your body and feel good inside and out. Our 2 hour workshop will make
you shake, shimmy and undulate your way through a fusion of dance classes with music
that will leave you feeling awesome and energised! The Dance4Fitness Workshop will
leave you feeling proud of yourself, and maybe a little surprised at what you can
actually do! Hit the studio with us, break a sweat and feel great...

Body Conditioning Focus on how your body moves, stretches and flexes as our
instructor takes you through your paces, improving muscle tone and definition and
releasing stress.

Hip Hop This dance style is a creative fusion of modern and funk dance styles
- it's a very relaxed, open style that will stretch you, tone you, challenge and
enthral you!

You can join us for our Dance4Fitness workshop on

person, including refreshments. Refreshments are served on site in our chill area
and full shower/ cloakroom facilities are available.
