Skip the mall and join our Dance4Fitness Workshop on Saturday 4th Feb 12pm - 2.30pm and stretch your mind, tone your body and feel good inside and out. Our 2 hour workshop will make you shake, shimmy and undulate your way through a fusion of dance classes with music that will leave you feeling awesome and energised! The Dance4Fitness Workshop will leave you feeling proud of yourself, and maybe a little surprised at what you can actually do! Hit the studio with us, break a sweat and feel great...

12:00pm - 12:30pm Pole Dance Want to know why Pole Dancing is the new way forward in fitness? Learn the basics with simple dance links, spins and poses.
12:30pm - 13:00pm Chicago Get ready, girls! Old school musical theatre has hit Cape Town’s favourite dance studio a chorus line and a big splash of cabaret. It’s time to turn up the heat and tune in to your inner "Roxy Hart".
13:00pm - 13:15pm Fruit/ Juice/ Muffin break
13:15pm - 13:45pm Zumba A non-stop, explosive, heart-racing dance class a sizzling fusion of Latin footwork to crazy merengue, sexy salsa and cool reggaeton, fuelled with hot Latino beats and rhythms.
13:45pm - 14:15pm Hip Hop This dance style is a creative fusion of modern and funk dance styles - it's a very relaxed, open style that will stretch you, tone you, challenge and enthral you!
14:15pm - 14:30pm Cool down - Fruit/Juice
You can join us for our Dance4Fitness workshop on Saturday 4th Feb 12pm - 2.30pm for R100.00 per person, including refreshments. Refreshments are served on site in our chill area and full shower/ cloakroom facilities are available.
